End-User Software License Agreemente

Please Read The Terms and Conditions of This License Carefully

Permission to use the software is conditional upon your agreement to the license terms. Do not install or use the
software until you have read and accepted all of the license agreement terms. Installation or use of the
software by you will be deemed to be acceptance of the license terms. Acceptance will bind you to the license
terms in a legally enforceable contract with Bug Software.

Software License and Limited Warranty

This is a legally binding agreement between you and Bug Software. By installing and/or using this software, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement. If You Do Not Agree of The Terms of This Agreement, do Not Use This Software.

1. Grant of License. Bug Software grants to you a non- exclusive right to use this software, source code and resulting object code from the date of purchase (hereinafter the "Software") in accordance with the terms
   contained in this Agreement. You may install the Software on a single server computer. Software is defined as the computer program with which this Software License Agreement is included and any updates or maintenance releases thereto. Upgrades and Support. If you acquired this Software as an upgrade of a previous version, this Agreement replaces and supersedes any prior Agreements. License includes updates and electronic support services for one year from the date of purchase.
2. Ownership of the Software. The Software is owned by Bug Software and is Copyright © 1998-2009ed and licensed, not sold. Bug Software retains the Copyright © 1998-2009, title, intellectual property rights, and ownership of the Software and the written materials. Bug Software does not grant you any rights in connection with any trademarks or service marks.
3. Copies. You may make one (1) copy of the Software solely for backup purposes. You must reproduce and include the Copyright © 1998-2009 notice on the backup copy. No other copying is permitted. You may not distribute copies of the Software or accompanying written materials to others.
4. Transfer. You may transfer the Software to another person provided that you notify Bug Software of the
   transfer and the person to whom you transfer the Software agrees to be bound by this Agreement. You may also transfer the Software from one of your computers to another. Upon a transfer, you must remove all copies of the Software from the computer from which it was transferred. Upon a transfer to a third party you must destroy all backups.
5. Rental. You may not rent, lease or lend the Software.
6. Limited Warranty. Bug Software's sole liability shall be to refund the purchase price, at Bug Software's option.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties. This Software Is Provided By Bug Software "AS IS". Bug Software Disclaims Any Other Warranties, Express or Implied, Including, But not Limited To, Any Implied Warranties Of Merchantability, Fitness For a Particular Purpose And No Infringement.
8. Other Warranties Excluded. In No Event Shall Bug Software Be Liable For Any Direct, Indirect, Incidental,
   Special, Exemplary, Or Consequential Damages (including, But Not Limited To, Procurement Or Substitute Goods Or Services; Loss Of Use; Data; Or Profits; Or Business Interruption) However Caused And On Any Theory Of Liability, Whether In Contract, Strict Liability, Or Tort (Including Negligence Or Otherwise) Arising In Any Way Out Of The Use Of This Software, Even If Advised Of The Possibility Of Such Damage.
   In No Event Will Bug Software Be Liable For Any Amount Greater Than What You Actually Paid For The Software. Should any other warranties be found to exist, such warranties shall be limited in duration to ninety (90) days following the date you receive the Software.
9. General. This Agreement sets forth Bug Software's and its Representatives' entire liability and your exclusive remedy with respect to the Software. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a complete statement of the agreement between you and Bug Software, and that there are no other prior or contemporaneous understandings, promises, representations, or descriptions regarding the Software or
   any related services. This Agreement does not limit any rights that Bug Software may have under trade secret, Copyright © 1998-2009, patent, trademark or other laws. The Representatives of Bug Software are not authorized to make modifications to this Agreement, or to make any additional representations, commitments, or warranties binding on Bug Software. Accordingly, such additional statements are not binding on Bug Software and you should not rely upon such statements. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then it is, to that extent, deemed omitted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The validity and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Portugal and shall benefit Bug Software, its successors and assigns. Any claim or dispute between you and Bug Software or against any agent, employee, successor or assign of Bug Software related to this Agreement or the Software shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Portugal.
10. Termination. This Agreement is effective for life or until terminated. This Agreement will terminate
    automatically without notice from Bug Software if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination you shall destroy the written materials and all
    copies of the Software, including modified copies, if any.
